(For Trade Declarations only)
You can submit your paper Trade Declaration, sitting right there at your office or home. Our Pick-up Service is just a phone call away.
How to submit Paper Trade Declaration?
- Fill in Ge-TS Trade Declaration forms.
- Calculate the total amount payment including (i) the Government Import and Exports Declaration Charge and Clothing Industry Training Levy (if applicable) and Late Lodgement Penalty (if applicable), and (ii) Ge-TS Service Fee.
- Prepare a cheque in correct amount of payment payable to "Global e-Trading Services Limited".
- Fill in your e-Jetso Club Supreme Member no. (if applicable) and put both Ge-TS Trade Declaration Form(s) and cheque in a sealed envelope marked "Ge-TS Trade Declaration".
- Call Ge-TS express Pick Up Service hotline at 2217-1520 (service hours from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday).
- Ge-TS will arrange courier to pick up the original Trade Declaration Form and the payment.
If you wish to receive the official payment receipt by post, please include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage with the forms, otherwise the payment receipt will be sent to you by fax.
Service
Place a phone order for pickup service on Monday to Friday before 5:00pm (excluding public holidays and days when typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings are in force). Your Ge-TS Trade Declaration Form(s) will be picked up and processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday, except public holiday).
